The provider processes data only to deliver the service, provide support, perform backups, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

What we process

Financial records, operational data, user accounts, attachments, and system logs necessary for service delivery.

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

Access is controlled through authentication, role-based permissions, and tenant isolation.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and assigning appropriate user roles.

Backups are performed according to your plan tier for disaster recovery and continuity.

Backup retention and restore procedures are described in the Backup Policy.

Customers may request data export for migration or compliance purposes subject to verification and support process.
